Gite Handicapé à JOINVILLE LE PONT en limite de PARIS 

 

 

    Accès extérieur:  Le gite se trouve en rez de chaussée au fond 'une cour. Le sol est en  béton. Il n'y a pas de pente, la distance à parcourir dans la cour depuis l'entrée de la copropriété est de 50 mètres. La largeur de porte d'entrée est 90 cm, pas de seuil de porte.

  Interior access : The apartment is at ground level behind a courtyard, with concrete flooring.  There is no inclination, and the length of the courtyard is 50 meters.  The width of the main entry door is 90cm, there is no threshold to the door.

     Intérieur :  Largeur des portes : 90 cm. Accès salle d’eau avec porte coulissante.

   Bedroom : One double, adjustable and motorized bed with a height of 45 cm.  There is a space of at least 90cm on each side of the bed. The  dressers have sliding doors.

 

          

 

        Cuisine : hauteur sous évier 80 cm, plan de travail 80 cm, four placé niveau bas (cuisiniere mixte: plaque chauffante + four + lave vaisselle 6 couverts).  Robinet mitigeur.

      Kitchen : height under the sinks of 80cm, height of counter tops 80cm. An oven is placed low ( combined stove and oven? : hotplates + oven + 6 place dishwasher). Thermostatic mixing valves.

 

 

   Salle d’eau : hauteur toilettes 50 cm, douche à l’italienne à coté des toilettes, siège de douche 50 cm amovible, hauteur sous lavabo, 85 cm, hauteur miroir 100 cm, robinet douche et lavabo : mitigeurs.
